Santa Letter Depot creates and sells personalized Santa letters, each uniquely printed with details you provide.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and designs may appear differently depending on your device or settings. We do not warrant that any product description or imagery fully represents your final printed letter.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit availability at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. Santa Letter Depot reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.

Please review your details carefully before checkout, as personalized orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You represent that your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at checkout will apply to your order.

Unless stated otherwise, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all orders.

You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All Santa letters are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (free option, no tracking). Most orders are mailed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holiday volume. Once we hand off an order to USPS, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

If your letter does not arrive after 10 business days, please contact us at santa@santaletterdepot.com. We’ll verify your order and resend it once at no cost in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, branding, and other content on SantaLetterDepot.com are the property of Santa Letter Depot or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without written permission.

Shopify trademarks and logos are owned by Shopify and used under license. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools or integrations (for example, order tracking, marketing widgets, or personalization previews). These tools are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranty or endorsement. Use them at your own risk.

Santa Letter Depot is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform enabling our Services. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with Santa Letter Depot. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases from us.

Our maximum liability is limited to one complimentary resend of your original order.
