Christmas 2026 ordering and mailing

2026 ordering is open. Personalize and review your letter in our Santa letter builder before checkout. Letters begin mailing Friday, November 27, 2026, the day after Thanksgiving. Orders placed before then are held for the seasonal mailing start.

Recommended Christmas order deadlines

  • Contiguous United States: December 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.
  • Other supported U.S. destinations: December 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. This earlier date allows extra time for Alaska, Hawaii, supported territories and military addresses.

These are recommended order deadlines for Christmas delivery planning, not delivery guarantees or automatic checkout closing times. Orders placed after the applicable deadline may arrive after Christmas. Order early, especially for addresses outside the contiguous U.S.

Mailing services and destinations

Free standard USPS First-Class Mail is available for supported U.S. addresses. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm eligibility and see available mailing options and prices. International shipping is not currently offered.

USPS estimates First-Class Mail transit at 1 to 5 business days after mailing, excluding Sundays and postal holidays. Preparation and the November 27 seasonal start are separate from postal transit. Holiday volume, weather and destination can cause delays. Standard First-Class letters do not include USPS Tracking.

Choosing a faster postal service does not move your letter ahead of its scheduled mailing or extend our recommended Christmas order deadline. No Christmas-arrival guarantee is offered.

Our recommended order dates allow preparation time before the USPS 2026 recommended send-by dates. A carrier send-by date is the date mail must reach USPS, not the date you should place an order.
