Refund policy

At Santa Letter Depot, every letter is crafted just for your child, making each one unique and non-returnable. Because of this personalization, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, we know how important these magical moments are, and we’ll always make things right if something goes wrong.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Letters

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at santa@santaletterdepot.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the letter or envelope (if applicable)

Once verified, we’ll send one replacement at no cost.

Each order qualifies for one complimentary resend per original purchase. Additional resends or repeated claims may require further verification before approval.

Lost or Delayed Mail

All letters are mailed via USPS First Class Mail (free option, no tracking). Most arrive quickly, but occasional delays can occur during the holiday season.

If your letter hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, email santa@santaletterdepot.com. We’ll verify your order and resend it once for free.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Claims made after December 24 may not qualify for resends, though we’ll do our best to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all letters are custom printed shortly after an order is placed they cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. Each order qualifies for one complimentary resend per original purchase should you experience an issue with your order, e.g. . Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Letters, Lost of Delayed, Mail, etc. Additional resends or repeated claims may require further verification before approval.
