📦 Processing Time
- Orders placed before Thanksgiving will be mailed the day after Thanksgiving (Friday - 11/28/2025)
- Orders placed after Thanksgiving are mailed within 24 hours, as usual.
- We print and mail your letter within 24 hours of your order (excluding Sundays due to post office closures)
🗓️ Christmas Delivery Guarantee
To ensure delivery by Christmas Eve via USPS First-Class Mail, please place your order by December 17, 2025 (a bit earlier for AK/HI).
Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time but are not guaranteed. It is highly recommended to place your order asap to ensure arrival before the big day!

Shipping is FREE on all Santa Letter Depot orders mailed via USPS First-Class Mail.

USPS estimates 3–5 business days for delivery after mailing. (Although could be sooner based on your location.)

We do not offer tracking on standard letters, as they are sent via stamped mail.

🔁 Returned Mail
Letters returned due to address errors, unclaimed mail, or refusal can be resent, but additional shipping charges may apply.
